氟塑料家族以PTFE应用最广泛,国内前几年PTFE的产品占氟塑料总产量的90%,在国外,PTFE 的产量也占到氟塑料总产量的60%。
PTFE 塑料具有优良的耐腐蚀性能及耐热性能,它几乎可耐任何浓度的强酸、强碱、强氧化性介质和有机溶剂,耐化学腐蚀性能超过了现有的所有塑料,耐温范围为-195℃~250℃,长期使用温度为-100℃~250℃。
由于PTFE 材料价格昂贵,强度低于钢铁,故一般将其做成衬里,外靠金属壳体保护与增强,构成一个整体。这样,衬里层既可耐蚀、耐高低温,外壳又能耐压,有足够的强度和刚度,可以降低整体成本。PTFE衬里防腐产品除了在化工、石化、炼油、制药、冶金等领域已得到广泛的应用外,在电子电器方面也经常使用。目前,这些产品有衬里管道、管配件、塔、釜、容器、泵和阀等。
三、PTFE的特点及主要用途
PTFE成型困难,但综合性能最好,占整个氟塑料产量的70%左右,应用于化工、机械、电器、建筑、电子、汽车等诸多领域。
