　　眼下，机器人究竟有多火，从刚刚落下帷幕的2019世界机器人大会上可见一斑——这场为期5天的大会吸引了近30万人次来现场参观，企业与项目签约近100亿元。另据日前发布的《中国机器人产业发展报告》显示，2019年全球机器人市场规模预计达294.1亿美元，2014年至2019年年平均增长率约为12.3%。而在我国，这两个数字分别为86.8亿美元和20.9%。

　　机器人如此大的魅力，很大程度上源自于人们对这个特殊产品的好奇——人们想了解，它到底能在多大程度上替代甚至超越人类自身。

　　作为科技发展前沿的一个领域，又是“制造业皇冠顶端的明珠”，机器人是衡量一个国家创新能力和产业竞争力的重要标志。而火爆的机器人产业背后，是人才需求水涨船高。据预测，到2020年我国工业机器人市场人才需求将达750万，而人才缺口将达300万；到2025年，我国工业机器人市场人才需求将达900万，人才缺口达450万。

　　事实上，国家将发展机器人作为重点支持的方向，提供了不少利好的政策保障。但与高速增长的机器人产业相比，相关教育培训机构仍处在摸索阶段，对口专业的开设也刚刚起步，亟待深化产教融合，化解人才瓶颈。

　　机器人行业需要的人才，既包括进行机器人安装调试、操作维护、远程监控的一线技工，又包括具备机械、电气、控制、软件等多方面专业知识的研发人才，加快关键零部件技术的突破，提升机器人产业的核心竞争力。此外，还需要更多跨学科的复合型人才，比如在特种机器人领域，就需要兼具机器人和应急专业知识与技术的人才。

　　近年来，从工业机器人到服务机器人、特种机器人，从汽车制造、电子产业的广泛应用到医疗、养老、物流、航空等越来越多领域的试水，从单一功能的自动化设备到向人工智能方向发展，机器人应用的触角不断延伸。正如一位专家所言，起初是让机器人做人不愿意做的工作，而现在机器人还能做人做不了的工作。从替代人的能力，到拓展人的能力，需要充足的高质量人才，来满足机器人产业日趋多元化、更加高精尖的需求。

　　一个有意思的悖论是，人类一方面在努力使机器人变得“更快更高更强”，另一方面也会有一丝隐忧：越来越聪明的机器人会不会抢了我们的饭碗？业内人士给出了一个数据，过去40年，机器人对人类劳动力的替代率不到1%，而未来5到10年，这一比例将增加到30%。当越来越多无人工厂、无人煤矿、无人配送的出现，是否意味着很多人将失去他们赖以谋生的岗位？
