高模量聚氨酯密封膏密度
聚氨酯建筑密封膏属双组份反应固化型，有A、B两组份组成。A组分为乳白色或浅黄色粘稠状聚氨酯预聚体，B组分为固化剂与助剂等混合脱水而成的黑色膏状体或液体，固化后具有一定的弹性及粘结性，（A组份：B组份=10：0.8～1.2）。

聚氨酯密封胶也有一些缺点。如：不能长期耐热；浅色配方容易受紫外光老化；单组分胶贮存稳定性受包装及外界影响较大，通常固化较慢；高温热环境下可能产生气泡和裂纹；许多场合需要底涂。同时聚氨酯密封胶耐水性也较差，特别是耐碱水性欠佳。

适用范围

该产品使用于土木建筑业、交通运输业、混凝土预制件等建材的连接及施工缝的填充密封。高级道路、桥梁、飞机跑道、地下管道、接头处的连接密封以及隧道和建筑物的伸缩缝与变形缝。

注意事项
Matters needing attention
一、建筑物必须保持干燥、干净、无油污。
First, the building must be kept dry, clean and free from oil pollution.
二、在施工前应先将底涂液涂于表面，待表面干燥后把缝隙的两边10mm处贴上50mm宽的防护胶带，以防施工中多余的聚硫胶把构筑物表面弄脏。
Two, before construction, should be applied to the surface of the bottom coating liquid, to dry the surface after the gap on both sides of the 10mm affixed to the 50mm wide protective tape, in case the construction of excess polysulfide glue to the surface of the structure of pollution.
三、 把箱内1桶白色聚硫胶（A组份）与1袋黑色固化剂（B组份）充分搅拌均匀，直到无色差为止。

四、把搅拌好的聚硫密封胶用灰刀或挤胶枪填入缝内压实填满，再用≥10cm宽腻子刀把胶刮平。
