我们对于此种橡胶止水带设计及选用标准： 在工程设计及施工选用过程中，CB型中埋式橡胶止水带的宽度及厚度应按以下条件确定:

1、水压小于4m,水平和垂直变形量不超过10mm 时，CB型中埋式橡胶止水带的宽度不宜小于200mm，厚度不宜小于5mm；

除此之外，当结构断面尺寸大于500mm时，CB型中埋式橡胶止水带的宽度不宜小于300mm，当CB型止水带进行弯曲放置时，其转弯半径不得小于300mm。中埋式橡胶止水带产品标准按止水带GBl8173.2—2000是利用橡胶的高弹性和压缩变形性，在各种荷载下产生弹性变形，从而经济型中埋式橡胶止水带起到紧固密封有效地防止建筑构件的漏水，渗水，并起到减震缓冲作用，可确保工程建筑物的使用寿命。本产品主要用于混凝土现浇时必须设有的变形缝内，如水渠、隧道引出口、挡水坝、输水渡槽等。

施工安装注意

中埋式橡胶止水带是在混凝土浇筑过程中部分或全部浇埋进混凝土中。待上一段混凝土浇注完成，施工缝界面硬化并表干后，清除界面浮渣，在浇埋混凝土以前先要使其在界面部位保持平展，接头部分粘接紧固，止水带接头必须粘接良好，施工现场条件具备，可采用热硫化连接的方法，不加任何处理的所谓“搭接”是绝对不允许的。再以适当的力充分浇捣，振荡混凝土来定位止水带，使其与混凝土良好的结合，以免影响止水效果。
