山东豪沃橡塑超高分子量聚乙烯轴套
轴套是为了减少周运动是的摩擦与磨损而设计出来的,基本用途与轴承无异,而且相对成本较便宜。轴套多被放置与轴与承托结构中,而且非常紧贴承托结构,只有轴能在轴承上转动。在装配轴与轴套时,两者间会加入润滑剂以减少其转动时产生的摩擦力。
(1)高耐磨性:在诸多管道材料中,超高分子量聚乙烯管道的摩擦系数最小,加之超高分子量聚乙烯管道的分子链特别长,使超高分子量聚乙烯管道的耐磨性在输送各种浆体时比钢管、不锈钢高4—7倍,是PE100的3倍,比普通聚乙烯管道高10倍左右,大幅度提高了管道的使用寿命。
(2)超强的抗拉强度:超高分子量聚乙烯管道的抗拉强度是PE80管道的2.5倍,同时它的抗环境应力开裂能力是PE100的30倍以上。
(3)高流动性:超高分子量聚乙烯管道具有自润滑、抗粘附、不结垢,磨擦系数低及不粘着性,因此流动阻力小,可长期保持流速和流量不减。
(4)高抗冲击性:超高分子量聚乙烯管道的抗冲击性和吸收冲击能居塑料之首,无论是外力强冲击还是内部压力波动都难以使其开裂,其冲击强度为尼龙66的10倍,聚氯乙烯的20倍,普通聚乙烯的4倍。特别是在低温的环境,其抗冲击强度反而达到更高值。
(5)抗腐蚀性:超高分子量聚乙烯管道是一种饱和分子团结构,故其化学稳定性极高,在一定温度和浓度范围内能耐各种腐蚀性介质(酸、碱、盐)及有机溶剂的侵蚀。
(6)超高分子量聚乙烯管道具有优良的耐低温性,在液氦温度(-269℃)下仍具延展性;

(3) High fluidity: UHMWPE pipes have self lubrication, anti adhesion, no scaling, low friction coefficient and non adhesion, so the flow resistance is small, and the flow rate and flow rate can be maintained for a long time.
(4) High impact resistance: the impact resistance and impact absorption energy of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene pipes rank first among plastics. It is difficult to crack whether it is impacted by strong external forces or internal pressure fluctuations. Its impact strength is 10 times that of nylon 66, 20 times that of PVC, and 4 times that of ordinary polyethylene. Especially in the low temperature environment, its impact strength reaches a higher value.
(5) Corrosion resistance: UHMWPE pipe is a saturated molecular group structure, so its chemical stability is very high, and it can resist the corrosion of various corrosive media (acid, alkali, salt) and organic solvents within a certain temperature and concentration range.
(6) UHMWPE pipes have excellent low temperature resistance and ductility at liquid helium temperature (-269 ℃);
(7) It is hygienic, non-toxic, and can contact food and drugs.
